The domain name www.enpayback.com is owned by “Enlight India Business Solutions” a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Enpayback, C 81, Cheran Ma Nagar, Vilankurichi Post, Coimbatore – 641 035, Tamilnadu, India (herein after referred to as “Enpayback”.
Your use of the site and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with “Enpayback” and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with “Enpayback”.
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Website by visiting the Website using the computer systems. “Enpayback” allows the User to surf the Website or accessing the information available on Website without registering on the Website.

Referral Terms and Conditions
I/We declare that the information provided herein above is provided voluntarily and is accurate and complete and that where details of others ("Prospects") are provided, I/We have taken due consent from the respective persons for providing the details. The Referral scheme/offer (“Scheme”) is brought to you by Enpayback.com, a website owned by Enlight India Business Solutions for the products listed in Enpayback.com website.
This scheme is available to all registered users of Enpayback.com (“Customers”) ONLY.
By participating in the Scheme, the Customer agrees to have read, understood and accepted
these Terms and Conditions.
Referral Rewards are applicable as per products and services.
Referral Rewards are payable only after the successful purchase of the Products / Services by the person/entity referred and as per applicable Reward Points. This scheme is valid at select locations only.
Incomplete or incorrect information will be deemed void and invalid.
The Customers shall ensure to take due consent of the proposed
customer for sharing the information and details of such prospective customer (including
his/her/its personal and sensitive data and information) to Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions that the prospective customers will not raise any claim / objections for receiving calls, SMS or Email from Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions or for Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions using their information to offer them products and services.
Granting of Reward Points to the Customers and Prospective Customers shall be at the sole Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions, as the case may be.
The Customers eligible for the Referral Reward Points shall be intimated by SMS / EMAIL, about the Reward Points and the same will be paid through the Enpayback.com Wallet. It is clarified that the Customer shall not be permitted to set off or adjust this Referral Reward Points against any amount due and payable by the Customer to Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions.
Customers can withdraw amount from their respective Enpayback.com Wallet, Based on their Reward Points to INR Amount Conversion. 1 Enpayback.com Reward Points equals to INR Rs.1 and it may vary from time to time, as fixed only by Enpayback.com.
Customers can withdraw amount from their respective Enpayback.com Wallet, Based on their Reward Points to INR Amount Conversion to their Bank Account, once they successfully Complete their KYC and been verified by Enpayback.com.
The amount from the Customer’s Wallet can be withdrawn for a maximum of 3 times per month only or as permitted by Enpayback.com.
The amount will be credited to the customers after TDS of 10% only.
The amount may be transferred to the customers by Enpayback.com within 2 Working days of withdraw request.
In case of any Cancellation in the Products or Service by the Prospective Customer in the Free Look Period (15 days), Enpayback.com would not be liable to pay any
Referral Reward Points.
Referral Reward Points is credited to Prospective Customers and Customers only after the successful purchase of the Products / Services for “Refer a Friend - Referral Type” and Referral Reward Points is credited only to Customers for “Self - Referral Type”. In both the cases, Referral Reward Points varies as per Referral Type.
In case of the customer wanting to transfer the amount to his/her bank account from the wallet, a 1% charge would be levied while making the transaction.
Enpayback.com reserves the right to request the eligible Customers to provide proof of identity to claim the Referral Reward Points.
Enpayback.com shall have the sole discretion to discontinue/cancel/modify the offer at any point of time and the Customers shall not raise any claim due to such discontinuation or cancellation. The Customers agree that the offer is at the sole discretion of Enpayback.com.
The Customers will not be entitled for the Referral Reward Points if the prospective customer is already sourced by Enpayback.com Franchise/ Channel Partner/ Direct Marketing Service Provider or is a walk in customer at Enpayback.com Franchise / Channel Partner.
Employees of Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions/other subsidiaries of Enlight India Business Solutions cannot be referred/participate under the above offer.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions, as the case may be, shall be final and binding.
All ancillary cost /local and other taxes will be charged as applicable.
The Referral Rewards is subject to taxes and TDS norms will apply during the time of withdrawal.
The Referral Incentive will be paid only where the cases get converted and disbursed within 60 days of the referral. In the event when the Product/Services is not purchased by the Prospective Customers prior to that date for any reason whatsoever, the Referral Reward Points will not be payable.
The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions and other subsidiaries of Enlight India Business Solutions against all losses, damages, claims or expenses including claims from third parties arising from any breach by the Customer of any of the terms hereof or if any data furnished by the Customer is found to be untrue or incorrect or if the Customer has failed to procure due consent from the person/entity referred or any claims of whatsoever nature from the person/entity referred or otherwise arising out of this Scheme which is attributable to any act/omission of the Customer.
The decision of Enpayback.com on all matters related to or arising out of the Scheme shall be final.
The Courts of Coimbatore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising between Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions or its affiliates and the Customer or the prospective customer or otherwise arising out of or related to the Scheme.
Any disparity or query pertaining to the Referral Reward Points or Referral Gift Vouchers must be brought to the notice of Enpayback.com, Enlight India Business Solutions, within 60 days of the issue arising. In case of the cancellation of the referred Product or Services for any reason whatsoever, the Referral Reward Points / amount withdrawn shall be forthwith paid back by the Customer.
Privacy
We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is one of our most important assets. We store and process Your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. If you object to Your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use Website.
We and our affiliates will share / sell / transfer / license / covey some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we (or our assets) plan to merge with or are acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business or for any other reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding User’s registration with National Do Not Call Registry (In Fully or Partly blocked category under National Customer Preference Register set up under Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), User hereby expresses his/her interest and accord its willful consent to receive communication (including commercial communication) in relation to Enpayback Services. User further confirms that any communication, as mentioned hereinabove, shall not be construed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication under the TRAI guidelines and User has specifically opted to receive communication in this regard on the telephone number provided by the User.
